Orange Lyre-tail Panchax - Aphyosemion australe "Orange" Killifish are beautiful fish that should be kept in species only aquariums. Most Killie enthusiasts keep them in unheated, low light and sponge filtered aquariums. It is many killie keepers beliefs that keeping the fish at the lower end of their temperature range and lower light keeps the fish at their brightest! The Orange Lyre-tail Panchax is a good beginner's killifish that really doesn't need a whole lot of care. Good frozen insects and worms or even live black worms will keep these guys happy and breeding.
