French Angelfish Pomacanthus paru The French Angelfish is a good candidate for those aquarists who like large fish. This angelfish will most likely rule the aquarium once it reaches maturity. Many people will keep large angelfish in reef tanks although it is not usually recommended, this can be done however with some thought. Large angelfish will usually eat clams and SPS corals so care must be taken to assure all the residents will remain happy with the introduction of a large angelfish. Frozen omnivore diets and good quality pellets should make up the bulk of their diet. Variation in foods is the key to happy angelfish.
